About

I started my academic career in Exeter where I completed a BSc in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Following this I continued at Exeter gaining an MSc in Sport and Health Sciences. After embarking on an MSc project investigating the effect of physical activity upon acute blood glucose regulation, I decided that I would like to pursue further study within the field of physical activity and health.  This PhD combines both my interest in health sciences and the applied nature of the potential findings.
